Dr. Jessica B. Horewitz provides Gnarus clients consulting and expert services using analytical and statistical tools to perform a variety of economic and econometric analyses. She brings over 20 years of experience in managing large volumes of data and conceptualizing analyses to best use the data for clients’ analytical needs.

Dr. Horewitz performs liability estimation, claims analysis, claim projections, and cash flow analysis in asbestos and other mass tort matters. She is also experienced in statistical analysis, economic damages analysis, sports economics, and insurance coverage. Dr. Horewitz has conducted analyses in a diverse array of industries.

She earned a doctorate and Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia. Dr. Horewitz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The George Washington University.
