Tamara Gracon is a Senior Strategist at Strategic Impact Partners, with whom Gnarus has partnered in our ESG practice.
A highly skilled and diverse executive, Tamara brings C-level leadership experience in strategy, process improvement, and technology selection and deployment in addition to global project management expertise for a $26B revenue company. She has led initiatives to identify and resolve complex issues facing organizations in the technology, media, and consumer products industries – especially involving competitive market strategy, operations, tax, transfer pricing (TP), supply chain, and valuation.
Tamara applies her fluency in Lean Six Sigma principles for strategic change management to streamline inefficient processes, harmonize diverse points of view, and provide meaningful ROI to clients on target. Her leadership is recognized in numerous contexts focused on advancing DEI&B concerns and opportunities. She is CEO and Founder of TBG Consulting LLC, a strategy and change management consultancy – and founding Limited Partner for How Women Invest, a gender lens fund with 90% female (and near majority of women of color) investors committed to supporting women-founded enterprises.
Tamara served as Managing Director, Tax, for KPMG where over nineteen years she was a leader in their Economic and Valuation Services (EVS) practice, focused on supporting clients in initiatives involving transfer pricing, valuation, and economic analysis.
She is Membership & Engagement Chair, San Francisco Chapter of the Private Directors Association, and Member, Silicon Valley Executive Board, of How Women Lead.
Tamara holds an M.B.A. with a Finance concentration from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and has completed a post-graduate Management Program at Trinity College, Oxford University.
