Eric T. Kirschner - Principal
Eric Kirschner has more than 20 years of experience in asbestos, pollution and health hazard (APH) insurance claim analysis and recovery. He has spent time both as an attorney litigating APH claims and as a consultant designing, developing and programming numerous financial models and data structures to maximize policyholders’ APH insurance recovery.
Over the past nine years, he has concentrated on developing data structures and control processes for the accurate tracking, payment, and reporting of mass tort claims, primarily asbestos-related claims. These processes and structures have been relied upon by clients for management and tracking of mass tort claims, Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, formulation of legal strategy, and insurance recovery. Eric brings a unique combination of legal, financial, and programming experience to bear on the issues related to complex insurance claim management and recovery.
Prior to joining Gnarus, Eric was a Principal with The Claro Group. He was formerly the head of Financial and Quantitative Analysis at Harbour Consulting, a unit of Swidler Berlin Shereff Friedman, LLP.
