John C. Butler III - Director
John C. Butler III brings more than three decades of experience to Gnarus Advisors’ environmental practice. As an expert in environmental and product liability and insurance issues, John’s practice focuses on the economic and financial implications of environmental and product liability legislation and regulatory policy, the provision of expert testimony and settlement support in environmental, product liability and insurance recovery litigation, as well as the analysis of opportunities and business strategy in the environmental services sector.
John’s past experience includes positions at several top level consulting firms as well as roles at the US Environmental Protection Agency, the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development and the World Health Organization. He holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia concentrating in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry and a M.A. in Chemistry form Harvard University.
